When I was your age, the garbage can was a rusted out barrel made of galvanized steel. Our family would fill it to the top and it would usually weigh over a hundred pounds! Every week starting when I was six, I’d have to pick that thing up and carry (not drag…carry) it around to the front of the house. And the rust? My fault.

Now the GARBAGE company delivers these new things with ROLLERS! They’ll be in the garage where I can just wheel them ten feet. You kids have it way too easy.
